I don’t feel motivated


I get up each day and go through the motions, but I don’t enjoy it. I do fun things, but they seem meaningless most of the time. I wish I had the passion back that I did when I was younger.

I feel disconnected


I love my kids and my wife, but at the same time, I feel like I can’t offer what they need. I’m exhausted, impatient, and easily angered. I wish I was more in love with my wife and had more to give my kids and family.

I feel burned out by work


I have a good job that pays the bills, but I hate what I do. I’ve worked hard to get here, but the grind has worn me out and I don’t enjoy it like I used to. I dread Sunday nights before I have to get up on Monday to clock in.

I’ve let myself go physically


I used to be in great shape. I had lots of energy and could do anything I wanted. Now I feel like I eat too much, sleep too little, don’t have good habits or balance, and I just feel crappy all the time.

I’m stuck in bad habits


I feel like I’ve picked up some ugly habits and addictions over the years for various reasons, but mostly because I wasn’t confident in myself or didn’t know who I really was. I feel a lot undisciplined and trapped and a lot of shame.

I feel hopeless and down most days


I don’t see a good path forward. I check out of life with distractions like my phone, video games, the gym, sports, or media that keep my mind off reality.

The good news…

I’ll be honest, my program isn’t a magic bullet, a quick fix, or a shortcut. It won’t cure cancer, fix your receeding hairline, or magically make you a millionaire like so many other programs seem to promise.

But the good news is that if you’re 100% committed to changing your life for the better, I can guide you to discover and resolve the root cause of the problems that are holding you back.

My Story

I’m Chris Allen.

I decided to become a certified life coach after going through the school of hard knocks.

Not too long after I graduated from college, I got extremely sick with a mysterious illness and couldn’t work, take care of my family, or do anything other than lay in bed pretty much all day and night. I was put on disability leave and the world’s leading doctors told me to be prepared to spend the rest of my life in this condition.

Life was pretty miserable. I couldn’t provide for my family, I became a huge burden on my wife and wasn’t emotionally or physically available for her or our two young children. I was pretty worthless for just about anything.

There were nights when I’d lay awake pondering how life would be better for everyone – including myself – if I weren’t in it. I had lost my identity and any motivation and passion for living.

I was miserable and hopeless… until, through what I consider a miracle, I discovered a remedy that gave me my life back.

Since that day, I’ve dedicated all my energy to living a life of meaning and purpose. I’ve completed years of training and read all the scientific literature, but more importantly, I practice what I preach and feel deeply that the methods I’ve developed over many years can help anyone struggling to create an impactful and fulfilling life.
